Cancellation policy

This policy applies to recurring purchase options or subscriptions purchased through the vicOta online store.

Renewal and billing: The vicOta Lifestyle subscription renews every two months at the price shown at checkout, unless it is canceled or paused before the next renewal date. The price and billing terms shown at checkout govern the specific order.

Canceling or pausing: You may cancel or pause your subscription through your customer account, where available, or by contacting support@imvicota.com. We recommend submitting your request before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or shipped.

After charge or shipment: An order that has already been charged or shipped is subject to the vicOta Return and Refund Policy. There is no cancellation fee for stopping future renewals.
